Dina Meyer is a New York native who was born within Forest Hills Queens. She moved from Queens to Dix Hills Long Island just before she finished her junior high. Her brothers include Gregory the elder brother of her, and Evan. She started her career in entertainment when she was 9 years old, and began modeling. She started her acting training at The Neighborhood Playhouse in New York in which she learned the acting skills of Sanford Meisner along in conjunction with Ron Stetson, for about three years. Sandra Bullock has received the same training as Jeff Goldblum and Leslie Nielsen. Her debut role was Beverly Hills 90210 which forced her to make the move in Los Angeles. The role was as the leading lady in Johnny Mnemonic in which she was able to perform almost every stunt herself, and established herself as a talented actress. Her agent for talent was also representing Matt LeBlanc so, through her agent she was able to get a regular role on Friends.
